the Vendor Showcase, designed to give vendors quality face time
with conference participants - for pennies on the dollar!
- Table, chair and trash bin in foyer unopposed time as follows:
- 8:00 – 8:45 am Vendor check-in and set-up
- 8:45 – 9:00 am
- 10:15-10:45 am Morning Snack Break with the vendors
- 12:00 -1:45 pm (during lunch, with most traffic at beginning and end)
- 3:00-3:30 Ice cream break with the vendors
- 5:00 – 5:30 vendors break down
- ¼ page acknowledgement in program book
- Full individual conference registration for 1 representative, (except ticketed seminars)
