The Power of Planning for Success

Take advantage of pre-show opportunities to increase your exposure to conference attendees and boost your sales.

  1. Advertise your presence and show specials in:

    Camping Magazine. Design your display advertisements to include language similar to: “Visit us in ‘Booth XYZ’ at the ACA National Conference in Orlando, FL, February 17-20, 2009.” The best time to start your conference-related messaging is with the November/December issue of Camping Magazine.   2. Conference Program Book. See enclosure for details.

  3. SAVE $75! Become an ACA Business Affiliate and receive preferred rates on your exhibit booth, special advertising rates, and have your company listed in ACA’s online Buyer’s Guide for a full year. See the enclosed Business Affiliate application or download an application at www.ACAcamps.org/vendors.

  4. Consider a special conference sponsorship (see description of sponsorship packages). The ACA Conference team can customize a unique sponsorship package for you!

  5. Submit a timely and relevant educational session for consideration by the Program Review Team. For more about the program content and submission process, visit www.ACAcamps.org/cfp.

  6. Get the most exposure for your company by reserving early. ACA posts new exhibiting companies online as reservations are confirmed. You can be listed on the ACA Web site for months when you confirm your plans right away.
